Frequently asked questions
Are HEIC and HEIF both accepted?
The picker accepts .heic and .heif files, but a file still has to contain an image the bundled decoder recognizes. Unsupported profiles are reported as errors.
Does conversion keep Live Photo, HDR or metadata?
No. The export contains the primary image only; sequences, HDR, depth information and metadata are not retained. Check the JPEG orientation and colors before sharing.

Your input is processed in your browser. This version does not send document content to a conversion server and includes no advertising or analytics scripts. Loading the website requires a network connection.
